We place a high value on quality products and stay in close contact with our manufacturers. We offer only products that we believe in. You will benefit from the long operating life of your products which you bought from us, and thus you will want to recommend us in good conscience. Should you still have any cause to complain about any of our products, rest assured that we'll do all we can to resolve the problem quickly and to your complete satisfaction.
Warranty with on-site service:
Complaints can usually be handled directly with the manufacturer. In some cases, the faulty appliance can be replaced at your home or company, directly on-site. Alternatively, some manufacturers also offer free repairs (within the warranty and defect liability period). Handling complaints directly with the manufacturer will reduce your own processing and let you get your faulty appliance back into action as soon as possible. Should you prefer not to contact the manufacturer directly, we'll be glad to process your complaint.
We will forward your defective merchandise ex gratia to the manufacturer/service partner. We are, however, unable to influence the processing time. The flat-expense charge is € 25.00 net.
Please send all items to be repaired without accessories/attachments. We are not liable for missing accessories/attachments. Please describe the detected or occurring fault/defect as precisely as possible ("broken" or "defective" is NOT a sufficient description.) If our technicians cannot trace back the stated damage and if your product is classified as functional, we will charge you a shipping & handling fee of € 25.00 net.
They will be returned freight collect for € 25.00 net.
We can accept returns only for a re-warehousing fee. Generally this is 10% of the purchasing price. Please let our sales department know before you send us any returns.
